Eligible Returns

Standard stock items may be eligible for return if:

  • Items are unused and uninstalled
  • Original packaging is intact
  • Return approval is received before shipping back

Restocking and return shipping fees may apply.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order fixtures
  • Bulk or special configuration orders
  • Installed or used fixtures

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Inspect items upon arrival
  • Take clear photos
  • Notify us promptly with details

Verified issues are handled quickly and fairly.

Responsibility Breakdown

Shipping carriers are responsible for transit damage. Customers are responsible for unloading unless additional services are arranged.
